Multi-Format Video Transcoder
Video and audio transcoding is used to convert from one digital format to another in order to share files between devices. This often compresses files, saving storage space or transmission bandwidth. Abundant in consumer video equipment, this action happens in the background, and thus goes relatively unnoticed. Transcoding does degrade quality unless special attention is spent on designing a transcoder that is compressed in a lossless manner. Since quality loss occurs with transcoding, frequent and repetitive transcoding should be avoided in the editing process. Mouser has the newest products for latest video and audio processing designs.
